Job Overview

Security SCG is seeking a dedicated Intercom / PA System Installer to join our technical team. This role involves the installation, configuration, and servicing of intercom and public address systems in residential, commercial, and institutional settings. Key Responsibilities

Install and configure intercom systems including video and audio-based units
Set up PA systems for schools, offices, residential buildings, and public venues
Route and terminate low-voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, speaker wire)
Mount speakers, call panels, amplifiers, and control hardware
Program systems and test for proper audio clarity and response
Troubleshoot existing installations for faults or performance issues
Coordinate with other security system teams (CCTV, access control) for integration
Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and safety regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in intercom or PA system installation
Knowledge of analog and IP-based communication systems
Experience with residential and commercial AV or intercom hardware
Basic understanding of power distribution and low-voltage wiring
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and installation manuals
Good communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions professionally
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with brands such as Aiphone, Comelit, Hikvision Intercom, or similar
Familiarity with IP-based networking and system configuration
Technical diploma or training in electronics, AV, or telecommunications
